[edit] Department of Peace and Nonviolence - Regional Model

Using the pending legislation (H.R. 808 )to establish a U.S. Department of Peace and Nonviolence as a blueprint, this Model Project will envision and simulate how a "Regional Office" of the Department of Peace and Nonviolence will actually operate. Note that H.R. 808 is silent on "Regional Offices." Although not specified in the current legislation, we anticpate there will be "Regional" offices because Best Practices dictate that effective intervention programs must include an understanding and appreciation of the local demographics.--MiltH 07:59, 20 November 2007 (CST)
